Abstract

As time goes by, coffee consumption in Indonesia continues to increase. This can be characterized by an increase in the number of coffee shops. The increase in the number of coffee shops has resulted in many views, ideas and thoughts regarding coffee. thus, creating the formation of groups that have the same concerns about coffee in a community. In Indonesia there are many coffee communities with their respective goals and functions. Kudus also has a coffee community called Kudus Coffee Enthusiast which consists of baristas, brewers and coffee shop owners. This community does not have a place or container to accommodate ideas or information about coffee drinks. Therefore, the planned architectural solution is a Community Center Design, namely a Coffee Community Center "More Knowledge about Coffee" with a Behavioral Architecture Approach based on Learning Behavior. This Community Center facilitates coffee connoisseurs and fans to explore and learn about coffee. The facilities provided include a community area, workshop area, coffee shop and public space. The use of a behavioral architecture approach based on learning behavior is intended for spatial layout, interiors and colors that emphasize the creative and enthusiastic nature of something. So, when users use the room they feel enthusiastic about what they are doing to develop creativity. The construction process for this Coffee Community Center is located in Bae District, Kudus, in terms of site analysis and response as well as applicable regulations.
