Abstract

The importance of land registration is to provide legal certainty for land owners and not cause conflict or disputes. The aim of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program is to accelerate the provision of legal certainty and definite legal protection of people's land rights, so as to improve the welfare and prosperity of society and the country's economy. Therefore, it is necessary to know the process of implementing PTSL, what obstacles there are when implementing PTSL, and the efforts that the government can make in implementing the PTSL program. The method used in this research is empirical juridical, because the author directly conducted real research in the field, namely the District Land Office. Wonogiri. The research results in this study are that the implementation of the PTSL program at the Wonogiri Regency Land Office refers to the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning Regulation Number 6 of 2018 concerning Complete Systematic Land Registration, where the implementation consists of 13 stages. One of the obstacles is incomplete and inconsistent/synchronized population data between one population document and another. An effort to overcome the problems of implementing PTSL at the Wonogiri Regency Land Office is the use of Information Technology (IT).
