Abstract
Professional satellite internet service providers, namely CV. Fontinet Mediatama, in recording inventory is still done manually. Therefore, the need for inventory management is important to increase productivity and company performance in managing inventory. The purpose of the research is to analyze and compile a web-based inventory information system with the waterfall method and the material requirement planning method as a system for supplying goods. Design with the help of visual studio code application software, codeigneter framework, PHP and MySQL. After black box testing is carried out, the features work as expected in meeting the effectiveness of CV inventory. Fontinet Mediatama where the performance of data collection of incoming and outgoing goods and stock items. While the SUS test results are in the acceptable category with an average of 79.92.
