Abstract

Employees have an important role as a source of competitive advantage for the company. Security units (security guards) have a vital role in maintaining organizational security and order, as well as protecting company assets and employees. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), which is behavior that prioritizes the interests of others and supports organizational effectiveness, is influenced by employee job satisfaction and loyalty to the company where they work. This research aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction, work environment, work loyalty, and OCB in security guard employees. Data obtained from previous research shows that the majority of employees have low levels of OCB. The research method used is quantitative research with a correlational approach. The results of the research show that there is a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction, work loyalty and OCB of security guard employees as proven by data analysis using multiple linear regression with an F result of 16,230, this figure shows more than the figure in F table 10 (F count> F table ) and a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.01) which means that between job satisfaction and job loyalty there is a significant relationship with OCB. Thus, this research provides evidence that increasing job satisfaction and job loyalty can contribute to increasing OCB, which in turn can improve organizational performance and productivity.
