Abstract

The purpose of this research was to test whether there is an employee Engagement and social support relationship to OCB to employees of PT Eco Smart Garment Indonesia (ESGI), to test the existence of employee engagement relationship to OCB, to test the existence of social support relationship to OCB, to test the effective contribution of each free variable to the variable that affects it, and to test the effective contribution of every aspect of the free variable to its bound variable. The correlational quantitative method was used in this study with a sample of 150 who were employees who had worked for more than 1 year. The measuring tool used in this study with the employee engagement scale, social support scale, and OCB scale. The samples are collected by purposive sampling method. The analysis was performed with the help of SPSS using multiple linear regression techniques. Based on the results conducted by the researcher, there is a significant relationship between employee engagement and social support for OCB worth R=0.118 with sig (0.00). There is a significant positive relationship between employee engagement with the value of r= 0.318 and sig (0.00). And there is a significant positive relationship between social support and OCB with a value of r = 0.329 and sig (0.00), as for the effective contribution of 11.8% with details, the employee engagement variable has an effective contribution of 4.96% and the social support variable has a contribution of 6.84%.
