Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between organizational culture and work motivation with Organizational Citizenship behavior (OCB). This research method uses quantitative correlational. The sample in this study was 150 employees who worked for more than 1 year. The measuring instruments in this research used the Organizational culture, Work motivation and OCB scale. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The researcher analyzed the data using multiple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS version 21. The results of the research conducted showed a significant relationship between organizational culture and work motivation and OCB with an R value of 0.626 and a significant value of (0.00). There is a significant positive relationship between organizational culture and OCB with a value of R= 0.757 and a significant value (0.00). There is a significant positive relationship between work motivation and OCB with a value of R = 0.638 and a significant value (0.00)
