Abstract
The development of a tourist destination is not far from the interest in returning tourists, the interest in returning to visit is a process for determining tourists to undertake a tourist trip which is carried out based on tourist needs, each of which depends on the tourist's interests. Understanding tourists' interests in choosing a destination is very important to help plan and develop tourist destinations. There are several factors that can influence tourists' interest in returning visits, one of which is tourism geography which is seen using a spatial approach, such as how tourists determine their tourist destinations and habits in a spatial context with supporting factors in the form of affordability, distance, and location. This research aims to find out which spatial factors have the most dominant influence on tourists' return visit interest to the Tanjung Lesung SEZ and Carita Beach. This research uses quantitative research methods, namely by using simple random sampling to select 100 respondents who were present in the affected areas. Data collection was carried out via Google form and statistical analysis using SPSS version 25. The research results showed that the affordability factor had the greatest influence on interest in returning visits to the Tanjung Lesung SEZ. Meanwhile, for Carita Beach, it shows that the location factor has the greatest influence on interest in returning to Carita Beach.
