Based on the results of the major hypothesis by the researcher, it can be concluded that there is a positive role of organizational activity and social support and learning motivation, obtained an F value of 12,584 and a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Then the minor hypothesis 1 proposed by the researcher can be concluded which means that there is a very significant role between organizational activity and learning motivation, obtained an r value of -0.277 and Sig. of 0.000. Minor hypothesis 2 concluded that there was a very significant positive role between social support and learning motivation, obtaining an r-value of 0.334 and Sig. of 0.000. The effective contribution to the variables of organizational activity and social support with the learning motivation variable shows a percentage of 14.6% with the percentage of organizational activity playing a role of 5.4% and social support of 9.2%, and the remainder is influenced by other factors not examined in the research This. Social support has a higher percentage than organizational activity, this means that students need to optimize social support to increase their learning motivation compared to organizational activity even though they also contribute.
