Abstract

There are many online stores in Indonesia and the companies that are positively affected by this are expedition companies. However, in running their business, expedition companies do not escape mistakes such as disputes in the land shipping process. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the form of legal responsibility by the Paxel expedition company if a problem occurs. The method used in this research is to conduct interviews with interested parties, obtain sources from books, journals and require several sources of legislation. Based on the results of this study, it is known that Paxel has terms of provision and legal responsibility that do not conflict and are in accordance with applicable laws or legislation in Indonesia. The results of this research are expected to be useful for the community and become a contribution to science.
