Abstract
The processing of school report cards currently needs to be implemented on a web basis because of the increasingly growing development of information technology. The aim of this research is to develop a report processing system at Pringanom 2 State Elementary School in processing and documenting grades, so as to minimize lost or damaged report cards. The method used in this research is a system development model in the form of a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a waterfall model approach. This system allows teachers to process grades which will be stored directly in the data base, so that students can see directly the grades that have been processed and input by the teacher. With this system, it will facilitate the grade processing system and make it easier for students to access report cards directly. The results of the black box testing showed a success rate of 100% and the System Usability Scale (SUS) was carried out to obtain responses from users who had experienced the application developed using experiments that had been participated in by a total of 36 respondents consisting of 11 teachers, 17 students, and 9 from the general public.. The final value of the SUS experiment obtained was 76.45, which means the system is at the "acceptable" level or it can be said that this application is easy for users to use.
