Abstract

Implementation of the values of Islamic religious education is an effort to apply the values contained in the teachings of islam in everyday life, either through schools, individuals, communities, and other educational institutions. The objectives of this study were: 1) To describe the implementation of Islamic religious education values in the habituation of religious life at SMK Muhammadiyah Kartasura. 2) To describe what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Islamic religious education values in the habituation of religious life at SMK Muhammadiyah Kartasura. This research is a type of field research with qualitative research through a phenomenological approach. Data collection in this study used interview, observation and documentation methods. While the data analysis method in this research uses descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Islamic Religious Education Values in the Habituation of Religious Life at Muhammadiyah Kartasura Vocational High School-Sukoharjo Regency in the 2022/2023 academic year is as follows: 1) The purpose of the Implementation of Islamic Religious Education Values at SMK Muhammadiyah Kartasura is to provide good practice and knowledge to students about how the real teachings of Islam. 2) Implementation of Islamic Religious Education Values at SMK Muhammadiyah Kartasura through PAI values teachers provide planting from existing material in classes X, XI, and XII which are taught in stages, for class X learning related to prayer practice, class XI related to Friday sermons, and class XII related to corpse care. 3) Implementation Strategy of Islamic Religious Education Values at SMK Muhammadiyah Kartasura through: The form of practice in the application of daily life, with the aim of instilling good habits in students, for example through BTA (Baca Tulis Al-qur'an), dhuha prayers, dhuhur prayers, and asr prayers. 4) Supporting Factors and Inhibiting Factors for the Implementation of Islamic Religious Education Values at SMK Muhammadiyah Kartasura, a) supporting factors: students carry out worship well when they are doing internship activities, b) inhibiting factors: students do not have awareness in carrying out congregational prayer services.
