Abstract

Vegetable and fruit farmers in Girimulyo Village, Ngargoyoso Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency are still selling their agricultural products through middlemen. This makes farmers in Girimulyo Village not get much profit because they only take a little from the middlemen's purchase price. Therefore, a solution is needed to carry out efficiency in distributing agricultural products to consumers by using a website-based vegetable and fruit marketing information system called "sayurlokal". This information system aims to break the long distribution chain to be more concise and easier. The development of this information system uses the waterfall method which aims to simplify and shorten the development process because this method takes a systematic and sequential approach to building and developing software using programming languages such as PHP, the bootstrap framework for the front-end and also the Laravel framework for the back-end. The results of black box testing that have been carried out get a percentage of 100% success and User Testing (SUS) obtained a score of 77 with 31 respondents from general public in Girimulyo Village which means the system has a "good" grade.
