Abstract
CV. Berkah Konveksi is a uniform convection company that is quite experienced in handling uniform needs. This company is also equipped with screen printing and embroidery techniques which are used to serve consumer needs. The purpose of this research is to find out what social media is used as a marketing strategy on CV. Berkah Konveksi, to find out the implementation of social media used by CV. Berkah Konveksi, and to find out the obstacles and solutions that arise in the implementation of social media on CV. Berkah Konveksi. This research uses qualitative research with a case study design. The results obtained from this research are 1) Social media used by CV. Berkah Konveksi includes Instagram, Tiktok, Whatsapp and marketplaces such as Shopee and Tokopedia.2) . The implementation of the use of social media is CV. Berkah Konveksi utilizes the creativity and dynamics of the Tiktok platform by creating interesting videos, combining trendy music and effects. Through the Instagram reels feature, this company creates entertaining and informative short videos, Instagram posts of attractive and high-quality product images as well becomes a means to demonstrate the expertise and quality offered by CV. Berkah Konveksi. In addition, the use of status and links in Instagram bio allows companies to provide the latest information, direct contact via WhatsApp, and location navigation. 3). The obstacles and solutions that arise include inconsistencies in content creation on the Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, Shopee and Tokopedia platforms. So the solution is that with a structured approach, efficient content management, and good team collaboration, companies can overcome these obstacles.
