Abstract
Efforts to achieve an undertaking or a ihtiar to achieve a goal to achieve a policy of raising net and also to represent the efforts of the PAI teachers to develop spiritual intelegence at SMP Amal Mulya Tawangmangu charity, an existing suithal intelligence contributing factors and inhibitory factor in development spiritual intelegence at SMP Amal Mulya Tawangmangu The type of research used by researchers is qualitative. Subjects are PAI teachers and student. The data-collecting techniques used for interview and documentation, an then data were analyzed throught correlational analysis. Data analysis in the study is inductive. Research shows that PAI teachers efforts in developing a spiritual intelegence at SMP Amal Mulya Tawangmangu with the teachers sitting a good axample of students, developing facilities and infrastructure, are developing progressive ideas and guiding the protage to propose spiritual-religius, social-religius relation and social ethics, meanwhilw the sensibility factor consists is contributing factors and inhibitory factors.
