Abstract

Integrated marketing communication plays an important role in the sustainability of a company's business. By planning the right marketing strategy, it can increase the chances of business competitors to remain competitive. There are six integrated marketing communication models that can be carried out simultaneously to maximize the desired results. The purpose of this research is to describe the IMC strategy used by cleanoz as an effort to continue to increase the number of sales of its products. The method used in the research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach study. The results showed that advertising activities carried out by cleanoz in marketing its products tend to use social media with paid advertisements on various platforms. Direct marketing is carried out by cleanoz through online channels such as web, e-commerce, and social networks. Interactive marketing is applied to establish two-way communication with consumers. Sales promotion is carried out by offering discounts, rebates, gifts and demonstrations on how to use cleanoz products In this PR activity, cleanoz utilizes the Instagram social network as a means to disseminate all information through creative content with interesting and easy-to-understand sentences. Personal selling is carried out by cleanoz through agents throughout Indonesia with a total of 2,360 agents. Sales promotion and interactive marketing activities are effectively used to increase sales of cleanoz fuel saving products.
