Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country that has an agricultural land area of 70 million hectares. However, as time goes by, the area of agricultural land continues to decline, until now it has reached 100,000 hectares per year. As is the case in Banyudono District, there is a lot of conversion of agricultural land. As a result of the rate of population growth and infrastructure development. The construction of the toll road in Banyudono District has resulted in land conversion, the majority of which is agricultural land. The land use change raises the issue of conformity with the Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR). So, it is necessary to research the suitability of land use for the Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR). The objectives of this study are a) to analyze the spatial distribution of land use in Banyudono Subdistrict, Boyolali Regency, in 2023 and b) to analyze the level of conformity between actual land use in 2023 and the Spatial Detail Plan (RDTR) in 2022-2042 in Banyudono Subdistrict, Boyolali Regency. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive spatial. Spatial analysis is used to determine the suitability of land use based on the Detailed Spatial Planning Plan (RDTR). Descriptive analysis is used to determine the distribution pattern of land use types and the suitability of land use to the Detailed Spatial Planning (RDTR) in Banyudono District. This research results in a map of land use in Banyudono Subdistrict, which has various types of land use spread throughout Banyudono Subdistrict. The dominant land use is paddy fields. Meanwhile, land use conformity to the Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR) resulted in 3 classes: suitable, unrealized, and unsuitable. The suitable class has a percentage of 82% with an area of 2,273.90 hectares, most of which is found in Jembungan Village. The unrealized class has a percentage of 13% with an area of 352.08 hectares, mostly located in Tanjungsari Village. The unsuitable class has a percentage of 5% with an area of 122.55 hectares, mostly found in Ketaon Village. The large number of suitable classes is because the actual land use conditions with the spatial plan are in harmony. This is because the Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR) preparation considers various aspects, such as existing land use.
