Abstract
Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity that can be achieved by an employee in carrying out tasks in accordance with the responsibilities given. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, compensation, and work motivation on employee performance. This type of research uses a survey method where researchers will distribute questionnaires to respondents through the Google Form. Collecting data with a survey depends on the willingness, honesty, and condition of the respondent. In this study, the Likert scale was used. The influence of work motivation on employee performance which obtains a positive value and a significance of 0.006; the effect of work discipline on employee performance is a positive and significant effect between work discipline and employee performance. The regression coefficient value is 0.163 with a significance of 0.043; the effect of compensation on employee performance is the regression coefficient value of 0.250 with a significance of 0.001. That is, for every increase in compensation by 1 time, the employee's performance will increase by 0.250 assuming other variables are constant. This research is expected to improve employee performance in terms of discipline, motivation, and compensation. Keywords : work motivation, compensation, work discipline.
