Abstract

The welding workshop in Kusumodilagan, Surakarta is classified as an informal sector business unit. The welding workshop in Kusumodilagan Surakarta makes building construction, automotive assembly, meatball milling machine making, fence or canopy making and others. Welding is a job where workers will often be exposed to noise, receive heat sources that can come from welding machines and also direct sunlight hitting workers because some jobs do welding in the open. With such physical environmental conditions, it is likely that workers in welding workshops quickly experience work fatigue. It is known that workers who have a low level of fatigue as many as 3 people, workers who have a moderate level of fatigue as many as 7 people and workers who have a high level of fatigue as many as 34 people.
