Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how self regulated online learning, mindfulness and social support affect student’s psychological well being. This study involved 252 students of private university and state universities in Surakarta and methods used in this study is quantitative. The measuring instruments used in this study were Psychological well being scale, Self Regulated Online Learning (SROL), Mindful attention awareness scale (MAAS) and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) circulated via google form. The data obtained was analyzed using regression analysis. The result showed that self regulated online learning, mindfulness and social support altogerher played a role in psychological well being. Self regulated online learning has become the strongets predictor of the psychological well being of students. The implications of research results are that universities need to pay attention the development of student abilities in self regulated online learning to be able to adapt with pandemic conditions and maintain psychological well being.
