Abstract

CL Grooming House is a business entity in the field of animal care services formed in 2019 in the city of Surakarta with the owner named CL Ardyan. This research uses descriptive qualitative research that explains the word of mouth communication strategy carried out by CL Grooming House using data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation and with narrative data analysis techniques based on information provided by the object of research, namely the results of interviews, observations, and supporting documentation from the owner of CL Grooming House and triangulation data validation techniques by checking the validity of information data from sources and then comparing it with the conditions of reality experienced by researchers as partners of CL Grooming House owners. The focus of this research uses theories and concepts: Good product and great customer service; Plan; Clear, concrious and consistent massage; Prepared and committed sales force; and People willing to testify as indicators used in collecting research results and outlining the discussion in this study. So that results are obtained that answer completely and simply how the word of mouth communication strategy used by CL Grooming House in developing its business from year to year in order to improve and optimize the quality of service and the results of its business performance.
