Abstract
The study focuses on examining the impact of price perception, product diversity and service quality on customer satisfaction in the Restu Sragen store. This becomes important because in the process of selling and buying transactions in the present time society is becoming smarter in doing selling and selling, so sellers are required to understand the sales strategy that can make the customers who are transacting to be satisfied with what we sell. This research aims to find out how much influence price prescription, product diversity, and quality of service on customer satisfaction in the Restu Sragen Store. Type of research is quantitative research and data collection techniques with the dissemination of questionnaires to respondents. The sample used in this study was 97 respondents. The analytical method used is double linear regression with prior validity and feasibility tests, a classical assumption test that includes a normality test, a multicolinearity test, and a heteroskedasticity test. Testing the hypothesis using the F test and the t and R square test. The test tool used is IBM SPSS. The results of this research show that the influence of price prescription, product diversity, and quality of service has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction in the Restu Sragen Store.
