Abstract
Research on the effect of financial performance on poverty with economic growth as an intervention provides mixed results. This study provides the results of an analysis of the effect of regional financial performance on poverty in Central Java with economic growth as an intervention with a sample of 35 regencies and cities in Central Java for 4 years, in the period 2018-2021. The data obtained is secondary data in the form of targets and realization of expenditures and incomes, economic growth rate (GDP), and poverty rate. Data analysis techniques use multiple regression analysis with path analysis. The results of this study show that the ratio of regional financial independence and the effectiveness of PAD has no effect on economic growth, while the ratio of regional financial efficiency affects economic growth. Economic growth has no effect on poverty. While directly, the ratio of regional financial independence affects poverty, but the ratio of regional financial efficiency and the effectiveness of PAD does not affect poverty in Central Java. Then through the sobel test produced research on the ratio of regional financial independence, regional financial efficiency and the effectiveness of PAD did not affect poverty with economic growth as an intervention.
