Abstract
This research discusses the implementation of Fastabiqȗ al-Khairȃt values in the organization of the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM) Muhammad Abduh Commissariat in 2023 at the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Surakarta Muhammadiyah University. IMM is an organization that includes the Fastabiqȗ al-Khairȃt sentence on its emblem as a motto that is always echoed after delivering speeches and the like. It is interesting to discuss how Fastabiqȗ al-Khairȃt (competing in goodness) is applied in values during the organizational process. So the purpose of this research is to explain how the implementation of Fastabiqȗ al-Khairȃt of the IMM Muhammad Abduh board in 2023 in the organizational process. This research uses the type of field research, case study approach and the methodology used in this research is the study of living quran. The data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. This study uses likert scale data analysis techniques for questionnaire results and data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing for interview and documentation results. The result of the discussion and data analysis is that the vital value is divided into two, namely kindness and competing in kindness. Kindness is manifested in the realization of work programs, division of tasks and responsibilities, reporting and accountability, and the number of Instagram posts. Meanwhile, competing in kindness is manifested in consistent attendance in the agenda. Keywords: Fastabiqȗ al-Khairȃt, IMM, goodness, competing in goodness.
