Abstract

Community Water Supply and Sanitation Program (PAMSIMAS) is a government program that aims to encourage the provision of infrastructure to provide modern water and sanitation services for rural communities. The PAMSIMAS program in Karangrejo Lor Village is run by the Drinking Water and Sanitation Infrastructure Management Group (KPSPAMS "Tirto Mulyo"). KPSPAMS Tirto Mulyo still uses manual methods in managing customer data so that the officer's performance is not optimal. This study designed a website-based information system that can help manage data and deliver information to customers. This system can also improve the quality of officer service to PAMSIMAS customers. The method used to design this system is the waterfall method. This method includes needs analysis, system design, implementation, integration and testing, as well as maintenance. Based on system testing that has been carried out using the blackbox testing method and System Usability Scaled (SUS). The results of the blackbox testing test can be concluded that the system being developed is running well while the SUS test results reach an average value of 77.8 with the GOOD category, which means the system is feasible to use. The existence of this system can assist officers in managing customer data, billing data, payment data, and making income reports per month and per year. Customers can check water bills that must be paid every month and submit complaints that are being experienced.
