Abstract
This research aims to investigate the effect of the work environment on work quality and job satisfaction. Studies at PT Luna Boga Narayan This study uses a causal quantitative research type. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were all employees who worked at Kopi Janji Jiwa Solo. The samples taken were 150 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire and then processed with the Smartpls 04 program. The results showed that the employee work environment and employee job satisfaction have a significant effect on the quality of employee performance.
