Abstract
The lack of facilities and accessibility of the Batu Seribu tourist attraction has reduced the interest of tourists to visit the object. Management and facility improvements are needed to increase the number of tourist objects and increase regional income. This study aims to analyze the potential of the Batu Seribu tourist attraction and the factors that influence the decline in tourist visits to the Batu Seribu tourist attraction. The research method used is a survey based on interviews with tourists and tourism object managers. In addition, a factor assessment was carried out based on observations of tourist facilities and management. The results showed that the potential of the Batu Seribu tourist attraction was classified as low internally and moderate externally.
