Abstract

The digital era is developing very rapidly, this makes information technology provide convenience in various aspects of life, one of which is by utilizing it in marketing. Marketing with the use of technology is commonly called e-commerce, where the purchase and sale of products and services is carried out via the internet without any restrictions on time and distance. Currently, Ikhlas Printing still does marketing and data processing manually using paper and book catalogs, making it inefficient in data processing and in reaching consumers widely. Based on this, this study aims to design and build an invitation sales information system at Printing Ikhlas in order to support effectiveness and efficiency to improve business services and marketing. This design uses the extreme programming (XP) method and the technology used is MongoDB, ExpressJs, ReactJs, NodeJs (MERN). Testing is done using Blackbox Testing and System Usability Scale (SUS). The results showed that the designed information system functions properly based on Blackbox testing and is feasible to use by getting a score of 78.08 in the System Usability Scale
