Abstract
Human resources (HR) is one of the most important factors and cannot be separated from an organization, be it a company or an organization. Apart from being an important factor, human resources are also a factor that can influence the development of a company. In other words, if a company has qualified and competent human resources, a company can develop very rapidly. This study aims to determine the relationship between the influence of motivation, environment, and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Dolphin Putera Sejati Sukoharjo. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach, data collection techniques using observation, documentation, questionnaires, interviews and literature study. The total population is 446 respondents. The sample of this study uses accidental sampling with SPSS 25 tested on 115. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques, regression test, F test, T test, and also the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that leadership character has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the R2 test in this study show that simultaneously the Characteristics of Leadership, Work Environment, and Work Motivation have a major impact on employee performance, namely 86% and the remaining 14% is influenced by other factors such as discipline, work commitment, job satisfaction, and so on. .
