Abstract

Adeabbasy.project is one of the businesses that provides decoration services for events such as proposals, birthdays, aqiqah, and other events in Pangkalan Bun, Kalimantan Tengah. The operational process carried out at Adeabbasy.project, especially in the process of data management and ordering system, still does not have an information system. The booking and promotion system carried out on Adeabbasy.project only utilizes social media. The absence of an information system certainly also makes it difficult in data management, especially in the current era where information technology is growing. The absence of a system for data management will cause vulnerable data loss such as customer data and transaction data. Departing from these problems, this research will be carried out with the aim of developing a Web-Based Adeabbasy.project Decoration Service Information System with a Bootstrap Framework that can be used for data management, promotion, and transactions. The development of this system is carried out using the waterfall model method. This waterfall model is carried out in a linear, structured, and sequential manner starting from needs analysis, system and program design, design implementation, system testing, to operation and maintenance. In addition, system development will be carried out with the help of the Bootstrap framework which will facilitate the implementation process. The result of this research is the development of the Adeabbasy.project information system as a decoration service provider that can promote its business more broadly, make transactions, and facilitate data management with the help of the information system created. Through the Black Box test method used to test functionality and find errors in the system, it shows that the system can be used according to its function. The System Usability Scale (SUS) test method is also used to test systems where testing involves system users and obtains an average score of 65, which falls into the category of grade scale D or Good adjective rating which indicates that the system is still sufficient to be accepted and used by users. This score can be increased by improving the display and simplifying existing functions.
