Abstract

Gaveeta Packaging is a business that provides goods packaging services which include the manufacture of gift boxes, hampers and hardboxes. So far there are still deficiencies in the process of managing orders at Gaveeta Packaging which have not been carried out systematically resulting in violations in the process of managing and searching for order data. Based on these conditions, this study aims to design a website-based order management information system. The system development method used in this study is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. This system was developed using React js as the javascript programming language library, Laravel as the framework for the PHP programming language, and MySQL as the database. Tests on this order management information system use the black box method and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Based on the results of the Blackbox test, it shows that the functionality of the system runs well as desired. The User Acceptance Test (UAT) assessment shows that the system has succeeded in meeting user expectations with a value proportion level of 87% so that it places it in the very agree category according to the UAT indicator assessment and can be accepted by Gaveeta Packaging.
