Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the influence of user involvement, program education and training, top management support, technical skill personnel, and formalization of system development on information system performance accounting at Prof. Orthopedic Hospital Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta and PKU Hospital Muhammadiyah Surakarta in 2020. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling technique obtain a sample of 54 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results provided empirical evidence that education and training programs, top management support, personal technical skill, influence on information system performance while user involvement , formalization of system development does not affect the performance system information accountancy.
