Abstract
Fish farming is an important industry in meeting the growing demand for fish supply. Most fish farmers still pay little attention to the fish feeding schedule. Feeding is still done manually, which can be laborious and time-consuming. In addition, irregular arrangements in feeding can also result in non-uniform growth and health problems in fish due to too much feed given. Based on these problems, the author developed an automatic feeding system that can monitor through a smartphone. In this research, the system is made with ESP32 as the main microcontroller. RTC module as a timer for fish feeding. There is a Loadcell sensor to weigh the weight of the feed given. then the Ultrasonic sensor to monitor the availability of feed. Servo motor to drive the feed cover. This tool can be controlled with the Blynk application on a smartphone and can also run automatically by utilizing the RTC module as a timer for feeding. This tool works when the time in the RTC is by the feeding time, it will move the servo to open the feed cover. Then it will enter the weighing mode after finishing weighing the second servo will open and will provide feed to the pond. The test results that have been carried out for the Load Cell sensor obtained an error value of 0.04%. for ultrasonic sensors have an average error value of 0.02%. Shows that the tool made can provide feed automatically. Based on testing this tool can provide feed with a success rate of 91.5%.
