Abstract

he company's challenges have become even greater with the emergence of turnover trends that are still continuing today. As many as 50.6 million workers in the United States resigned from their jobs, and 77% of workers in Indonesia have a turnover intention. The impact of turnover can reduce the productivity and efficiency of the company, so the loyal attitude of employees is needed to face this challenge. PT Rajawali Nusindo has a phenomenon of loyal employees with an annual turnover of no more than 1%. This study aims to look at the predictive ability of Employee Loyalty based on five-dimensional personality traits, namely the Big Five Personality and Work Environment. This study uses a correlational quantitative design. The population used in this study were employees of PT Rajawali Nusindo. Samples were taken using the convenience sampling technique, and a total of 200 samples were determined. The analytical test used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis processed through IBM Statistics SPSS version 26.00. The results of the major hypothesis test show that the Big Five Personality and Work Environment variables have a predictive ability on Employee Loyalty at PT Rajawali Nusindo. The results of the minor test of the Big Five Personality variables on the Conscientiousness and Agreeableness dimensions have a predictive ability for Employee Loyalty at PT Rajawali Nusindo. Meanwhile, Openness to Experience, Extraversion, and Neuroticism do not have predictive ability for Employee Loyalty at PT Rajawali Nusindo. Work Environment Variables have predictive ability on Employee Loyalty at PT Rajawali Nusindo. With the effective contribution of the Big Five Personality variables, the Conscientiousness dimension is 13%, the Agreeableness dimension is 4%, and the Work Environment variable is 39%. Suggestions for PT Rajawali Nusindo are that the assessment is focused on conscientiousness and agreeableness personality types and can maintain and improve the environment in the workplace.
