Abstract

The Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) in food and beverage companies has fluctuated over the past 4 years, in relation to dividend income, investors generally want relatively stable dividend distribution, because dividend stability can increase investor confidence in the company thereby reducing investor uncertainty in investing in the company. This study aims to determine how much influence the Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and Return On Equity (ROE) have on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. Sampling using purposive sampling with a number of 11 companies. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression data analysis. The data collection method uses documentation techniques in the form of annual reports and sustainability reports. The results showed that CR and ROE had an effect on the DPR, while TATO had no effect on the DPR.
