Abstract
Noodles are a food that is in demand from various groups, recorded at the BPS in 2021-2022 the average per capita consumption of noodles is 0.5482Kg, with this value, the business competition for noodles is getting tougher. The Javanese chicken noodle mill is a mill located in Karanganyar which already has a total of 21 customers. The Javanese chicken noodle mill must upgrade to compete in the noodle mill field and be able to attract new customers from product quality that can satisfy customers. This study conducted a survey of activities using the QFD method to approach customers by listening to VoC and creating HoQ to create new products that match customer expectations and the company's ability to serve customer expectations. The new product has a customer satisfaction target of 49 with the old product satisfaction value of 38,333. From the research on new noodle products, it was only able to score 43,857, the difference in customer satisfaction was 5,523 and it had not been able to meet the initial target of 49.
