Abstract
Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) is a human behaviour in which he is sensitive to things that can be done beyond his responsibility and voluntarily does these things for the sustainability of the organization or agency. The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine the relationship. The percentage of organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) of employees is still relatively low. This is influenced by several factors including work environment and work motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between work environment, work motivation, organizational citizenship behaviour and the influence of each variable. The research hypothesis is that there is a significant relationship between work environment and work motivation and organization citizenship behaviour (OCB), there is a significant positive relationship between work environment and organization citizenship behaviour (OCB) and there is a significant positive relationship between work motivation and organization citizenship behaviour (OCB). The approach used is quantitative correlation using three scales of organization citizenship behaviour, work environment and work motivation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with an F result of 58.418, this figure shows more than the number in F table 3.10 (F count> F table) and a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.01) which means that between the work environment and work motivation there is a significant and influential relationship to organizational citizenship behaviour. 6, which means that there is a significant positive relationship between the work environment and organizational citizenship behaviour. Finally, the correlation between work motivation and organizational citizenship behaviour is known to be sig (1-tailed) with a value of 0.000 (p <0.01) and an r value of 0.719 so that it can be said that the third hypothesis in this study was accepted.
