Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and organizational culture on teacher performance at SMA Al-Islam 1 Surakarta. This research is a type of quantitative research, the sampling technique of this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method by distributing questionnaires to teachers and employees of SMA Al-Islam 1 Surakarta who have met the requirements and the number of respondents as a sample in this study was 69 respondents. Source of data used in this research is primary data. The measurement scale used in this study is 5 Likert scale. Data analysis used SPSS version 26. The results of the analysis in this study showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The novelty cantained in this study is the research object that I took in the form of a school. Whereas in previous studies that discussed leadership and organizational culture variables, most of them used corporate objects. Keywords: leadership, organizational culture, employee performance
