Abstract
Currently the use of Instagram social media has increased to the corporate level. Therefore, managing social media content is very necessary as a means of communication between a company and its audience. @indihomesolo is an Instagram account managed by PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Solo account This research is used to promote one of the products from Telkom Indonesia, namely Indihome. This study aims to determine the strategy for managing the Instagram @indihomesolo account that has been carried out by PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Solo. This research is a study that uses qualitative methods, namely research that describes all the data that the researchers have collected from interviews, observations, and documentation, this study uses The Circular Model of Some theory created by Regina Luttrell. The results of this study show that the management of Instagram @indihomesolo at the share stage they always upload content -Content about their products through Instagram posts, reels, and stories. The optimization stage @indihomesolo always uploads two content in one day and product content 3-4 times a week. The managing stage is carried out by @indihomesolo by means of media monitoring through insight from their Instagram account. Engage stage @indihome conducts giveaways and organizes events to establish good relations with followers.
