Abstract

The background of this research is that Madrasas apply learning the yellow book as a graduation standard. It's different from schools in general whose graduation standards apply UNBK (Computer Standard National Examination). Learning management of the yellow book at MA Mathali'ul Falah is the process of managing and organizing learning activities from planning, implementation to evaluation to achieve educational goals. As well as inhibiting and supporting factors in learning the yellow book. Where Madrasah Aliyah is under the auspices of Islamic boarding schools by teaching Islamic values. The purpose of this study was to describe how the planning of the study of the yellow book in class 3 of Banat MA Mathali'ul Falah, how the implementation of the study of the yellow book in class 3 of the Banat MA Mathali'ul Falah, how to evaluate the implementation of the study of the yellow book in class 3 of the Banat MA Mathali' ul Falah and what are the inhibiting and supporting factors for learning the yellow book in class 3 of Banat MA Mathali'ul Falah. This type of research is field research, using a qualitative case study approach. As for data collection using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study were obtained by making direct observations in the field, namely the first is the management of the yellow book learning and the second is the results of the inhibiting and supporting factors of the yellow book learning. The results of this study are: 1. Learning planning for the yellow book in class 3 of Banat MA Mathali'ul Falah uses the syllabus. It is carried out through 4 steps, the first is the formulation of objectives, determining teaching and learning activities, the methods used, choosing materials and tools for the learning process. 2. Implementation of learning in class 3 Banat MA Mathali'ul Falah includes three activities, namely opening activities, core activities, and closing activities. 3. Evaluation of learning the yellow book includes daily evaluations, quarterly evaluations and evaluations in the month of Rojab. For the requirements for passing the yellow book in terms of nahwu shorof, reading accuracy and delivery of reading content. 4. The inhibiting factors for learning the yellow book include very little study time, supporting factors include teachers who are reliable in their fields, students have a desire to study the book.
