Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of communication, work environment and motivation on employee performance, with case studies at the office of industry and trade in Karanganyar Regency. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 42 respondents. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique, the application program used is SPSS version 2.5. The results showed that communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Communication, Work Environment, Motivation, Performance Keywords: communication, work environment, motivation, employee performance
