Abstract

Hajj and Umrah travel in Indonesia is one of the fastest growing tourism industries. Indonesia has a large Muslim population, so the demand for performing Hajj and Umrah is always high every year. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality, e-wom & brand image on consumer purchasing decisions mediated by brand trust (case study sahid tour hajj & umroh). This study uses primary data and secondary data. In this study, the population used is consumers in questionnaires distributed to prospective and alumni of Sahid Tour Umrah and Hajj pilgrims. The sample of this study was 100 consumers. Improving service quality will provide a better experience for prospective pilgrims and strengthen purchasing decisions.
