Abstract

In this modern era, the sports industry has grown rapidly, including in Indonesia. This has fueled the growth of the fast-growing sports or sports photography industry. The sports photographer's job involves taking pictures that capture the important and exciting moments in a sports match. The problem faced by the sports photographer profession is that it is not fully recognized or understood by society, so many clients do not know the value and importance of this work in sharia economic law. This study examines the wages of sports photographers from the perspective of sharia economic law. The techniques for collecting accurate and complete data and information that support and support this writing are in the form of observation, interview, and documentation techniques, all of which will be managed using a qualitative system of techniques with descriptive methods. The results of this study, among others, in the perspective of sharia economic law regarding the awarding of sports photo rewards at BJP Photosport Sukoharjo in practice are valid or valid because the pillars and conditions for awarding wages have been fulfilled.
