Abstract

Bai' salam wa al istishna', which is a buying and selling process that occurs through an ordering process for making services, where the price and all terms related to the service have been agreed upon by both parties. Sharia economic law is research in the form of a study that studies and examines more deeply all kinds of processes carried out by humans to achieve prosperity based on Islamic law in accordance with sharia economic principles. This type of research is a type of research that compares qualitative research (library research) and field research. This research was conducted on the Instagram social media account @jasatulistangan_solo. The approach used by the author is a qualitative descriptive approach. In this study the researcher tried to collect facts from the field and focused on trying to reveal cases in their circumstances. The case referred to here is a study of buying and selling services on the Instagram social media account @jasatulistangan_solo. From the results of the research conducted, buying and selling services in the account is carried out in a contemporary manner where the contract process that occurs is carried out digitally through social media platforms. In addition, both parties agreed and without coercion from any party. So that it can be seen in terms of a valid contract according to Islamic law. This is permissible according to Sharia Economic Law.
