Abstract
This research aims to find out more about the responsibilities and guarantees of AJB Bumiputera 1912 Batang that experience liquidity and legal protection of compensation for policyholders with claims that have not been disbursed. This type of research uses qualitative research with normative methods. The results showed that in this case it can be said that the guarantee and responsibility of legal protection of compensation for disbursement of funds will continue to run and through existing legal regulations, but in the implementation of the distribution of its rights there will be stages where the disbursement of funds will be returned and through 2 stages. And there is a new policy of the Insurance Company where with the new policy so that the Insurance Company will continue to operate and policyholders can receive back funds that were hampered.
