Abstract
This study aims to find out what the motivations of Bandori players are to do gacha in the BanG Dream Girls Band Party game! ?. Gacha in the world of free to play games can be done for free but the items obtained are usually not too rare, but items with high levels of rarity can also be obtained by purchasing through the larger resources available in the game. This study used a descriptive qualitative method where the sources that could only be obtained were three people from all Bang Dream! Discord members. Indonesian Girls Band Party ! By using the sampling technique Nonprobability sampling purposive sampling. The results obtained were that all interviewees did paid gacha because the interviewees were interested in their favorite characters being offered and also whether these characters were useful for achieving the highest score.
