Abstract
In conducting broiler rabbit farming, a breeder must dig up a lot of information on guidelines and rules for raising rabbits. Rabbits really need regular feed in order to help rabbits grow quickly. In addition, breeders also have to think about so that the dirt in the cage does not collect which will have a negative impact on rabbits, can interfere with the growth of rabbits due to high levels of ammonia gas. And the tool that I designed is a tool that is used for automatic feeding and control of ammonia gas levels in rabbit cages by also utilizing solar panels so there is no need to use PLN electricity which will also increase PLN payment costs. The tool that I designed is to use two microcontrollers, namely ArduinoUno and Nodemcu. The data obtained by Nodemcu will be sent to the Blynk application on the smartphone. In testing, the ammonia gas level reached 10 PPM when the rabbit droppings were collected for 4 days for both gas sensors to detect 10.57 PPM and 10.24 PPM. Then when testing the blower used to minimize high levels of ammonia gas, it takes about 8 minutes to reduce the level of ammonia gas in the rabbit cage. The conclusion of the results of the research that I obtained from the data in the field is that the research that I did went well. And in order to minimize it in a short time, you should use a bigger blower.
