Abstract

One of the injection molding companies located in the Cikarang area is a manufacturing service company that focuses on the production of plastic injection. As a company undergoing post-pandemic re-branding, supply chain performance is the company's main concern, however, there are several supply chain problems, including the procurement of raw materials, production efficiency, and delivery quality. Based on these problems, research was carried out with the aim of knowing the current level of company performance in a measurable way so that recommendations for improvements could be made for the implementation of a supply chain management system that is more efficient, effective, and also mature. In measuring performance, the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) method, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and Process Maturity Model (PMM) are used. The results of the study found that the company's maturity level was in the defined category with a value of 3.47 which was influenced by the final value of SCM performance which was in the average category with a value of 66.602. There are 7 performance indicators that fall under the average category, including identification of workforce performance, production scheduling planning, raw material flexibility, production efficiency, production time, production flexibility, and lead time delivery.
