Abstract
This research shows the consequences of the Covid-19 outbreak which caused the economic sector to deteriorate not to be left behind in the banking sector, especially in the field of accounts payable between creditors and debtors, which have experienced many defaults. The Covid-19 outbreak has resulted in physical restrictions and people are expected to stay at home so they don't get income, so the bank or creditor implements credit restructuring for the community or debtors who are affected by their economy. The existence of this research is to obtain harmony from the application of the Criminal Code article 1313 regarding agreements with the application of credit agreements, namely credit restructuring in the banking world, in this study the juridical-empirical method was used. This study found that creditors and debtors who initially had loan agreements implemented credit restructuring by changing the original agreement to a new agreement in accordance with the agreement between the two parties, namely the creditor and the debtor.
