Abstract

This study aims to find out about employee performance through employee performance variabels, namely work discipline, motivation, and work environment. The population and sample in this study were employees of the finishing division of PT Pan Brothers Sragen and the number of respondents as the sample in this study was 85 employees. Source of data used in this research is primary data. Data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is Smart PLS. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that (1) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
