Abstract
In the current era of globalization, the competition of manufacturing or banking companies is getting tighter to show good development so that the prosperity of the owner or shareholder is maintained. Banking companies are a major milestone in the financial services industry. The goal of banking companies is to increase company value which can be assessed through financial performance. The research population is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2019. Determination of research samples using purposive sampling method. Samples that met the criteria in this study amounted to 21 companies with 105 data. The data were subjected to classical assumption tests and panel data regression analysis using Econometrics Views (Eviews) 10. The results showed that good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility had a effect on financial performance, while the company size variable had not an effect on financial performance
